Throughout his career, he has held executive positions in leading companies across sectors such as food, agribusiness, energy, automotive, railway, cement, and renewables. His profile combines a solid technical-industrial foundation with a financial and strategic vision, focused on improving results, operational efficiency, and decision-making in complex environments.

He has led business transformation processes, reorganization of procurement departments, process digitalization, supply chain optimization, and company management during phases of change, growth, or significant distress. His experience has allowed him to develop a highly practical vision of procurement as a key function for driving competitiveness, anticipating risks, and delivering real value to the business.

Currently, he is the Country Manager for Areté Iberia – The AgriFood Intelligence Company, where he promotes market intelligence solutions applied to purchasing and risk management of agri-food commodities in Spain and Portugal.

His contribution provides the perspective of a professional who has experienced procurement through the lenses of industry, consultancy, general management, and market intelligence, driven by a clear conviction: in a context of volatility, buying well increasingly demands rigorous analysis, anticipation, and strategic vision.

She has managed transformation projects in marketing procurement, business tourism, manufacturing sectors, the food industry and IT.

He has spent nearly half of his professional career as the founder of two retail companies, and the other half in various roles related to product sales and marketing as a director at Auchan Retail, where he was twice awarded for the group's creative mindset project. In recent years at Clínicas Dentix, he designed and implemented the global procurement strategic plan as Corporate Director of Indirect Procurement across seven European and LatAm markets, led ESG program implementations in collaboration with the business, and drove ERP implementation alongside the finance department as a core team member. He is currently the founder and Managing Director of Agile Procurement.

His purpose is to support those who, just as he once did, are launching a business or stepping into a new procurement role, helping them develop the skills needed for professional success as they transform their departments into innovative, digital, sustainable internal startups.
